What Is Electroless Nickel?
Electroless Nickel is an electrochemical finish that grows a controlled oxide layer on metal, boosting corrosion resistance, hardness and appearance. Huaxiao’s Electroless Nickel service delivers consistent, inspectable finishes on aluminum and other alloys.
Unlike paint, the anodic layer is integral to the substrate — it will not chip or peel. We control thickness, color and sealing to your spec, and pair the process with masking, etching and laser marking.
