What Is Forward Extrusion?
Forward Extrusion forces metal through a shaped die to create long, constant-cross-section profiles in aluminum, steel, copper and more. Huaxiao’s Forward Extrusion service delivers straight, tight-tolerance extrusions ready for cutting, bending and finishing.
Because the die sets the cross-section, complex profiles are produced in one pass with minimal waste. We follow extrusion with fabrication, CNC machining and surface treatment so your profile arrives ready to assemble.
