MIM Sintering
Sintering densifies the brown part by diffusion, reaching 95-99% density with mechanicals near wrought metal. Huaxiao delivers mim sintering as part of our ISO 9001:2015 certified Metal Injection Molding (MIM) capabilities — from rapid prototyping to high-volume production, with full dimensional inspection and material certification on every order.

What Is MIM Sintering?
MIM Sintering blends fine metal powder with binder, injects it into a mold and debinds and sinters to near-full-density parts. Huaxiao’s MIM Sintering service produces small, complex components with features impossible by machining.
Because the shape is molded, intricate geometry, thin walls and fine holes are formed in one shot. We handle feedstock, debinding, sintering and secondary machining so tiny parts arrive to spec at volume.
